Terrible company. Keep away! Their inventory system has no ability to track purchases before they are actually picked resulting in disappointed customers when they come to collect their products and/ or long delays on deliveries. Customer service is awful - no accountability of anyone and never call back when you leave messages. They dont deserve your business!

I have begun trying to avoid Floor and Decor at all cost. There is one guy (Paul) that is super helpful but company policy and his coworkers just degate everything he can do.

I needed roughly 42sf of flooring for a bathroom and the style I wanted had 56 sf in the two boxes in Tukwila (and everything else was in CA) so I made the 40 mile detour so I would not need to wait months for it to arrive from California or heaven's have to pay extra shipping. Once I started laying the floor we noticed numerous tiles (25%+) with cracked edges. The "grout" line was cracked and you couldn't tell without feeling each one. We managed to cut around may of the broken areas and completing the project but my surplus material was all wasted so I can't do the adjacent closet. When I called about getting some sort of compensation for the damaged tiles or replacing them, (Mel) told me that I should have stopped the project, packed everything up and brought it back so they could replace it with something else. What planet is she on? Did I not mention bathroom? We have a two bedroom home with kids and I had a timeslot to get this project completed. Maybe they missed the part that I drove 40 miles out of my way to get what I wanted BECAUSE THEY DIDN"T HAVE IT!

Be forewarned, this place is a pain in the backside when it comes to returns, it is even worse for bringing in new materials or having something transferred and 50% of the people who answer the phone have to pass you to someone else with most basic questions because they are have no training or experience. They only take returns in full boxes but yet they will return samples, so I cannot get what I need for a closet without ordering an entire box and I am stuck with junk products that now go in my garbage. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

The worst... Home Depot or any one else please

I setup a corporate account and was approved with $20,000 in credit. Called ahead to the Everett Store and told them I was coming in. Got there and their computers couldn't find my accounts even though I had their activated account card. Long story short they wasted a whole day of my time. Never again.

Terrible Customer Service!

I had ordered a vanity sink after the customer representative messed up my delivery order. Management never apologized, did not try to accommodate me as a customer was rude. I never had that experience with any other company. Untrained staff worst customer service ever, will never use this company again.

Worst Custoner Service after the sale of any company I've ever dealt with Abysmal!

Ordering was a challenge. Website needs some updates. $4000 for flooring, $880 to ship. It is dried out and brittle. I called and had to communicate via email with the "WEB DAMAGE" team - Translation — Nobidy knows what is going on and they don't give a damn about prompt, courteous service. One response - said it would be 3-4 days. Called three more times. Average hold time - 38 minutes. One girl said she'd call back. Of course, she didn't. 4 days to decide to reshoot damaged products. Meanwhile, I have sub contractors I've scheduled and have to reschedule everyone. This is two transactions in one: FIRST AND LAST. This company steals your money then ignores your needs - WORST EVER. WORST EVER. WORST EVER. THEY HAVE GOOD PRODUCT, but pay more elsewhere FOR PROPER AFTER SALE SERVICE. THRIR CEO NEEDS TO FIX THESE MASSIVE PROBLEMS. Price is irrelevant when you receive damaged product and they refuse to even act concerned. Attitude reflects leadership. Poor leadership is reflected in every employee I've dealt with.

Ms. Chanelle was very professional and simply amazing. Furthermore, her product knowledge and store inventory was quite refreshing. She will be reason I continue to shop there. Thanks! For all help Chanelle.

I am very happy with the employee Danny Kirby for helping us to choose all the material for my bathroom and more than anything for his patience and good attitude and for accompanying us to my truck to upload all the material, thank you for being so kind.

Just awful.

In truth, I have not actually purchased anything from this company. Nor do I plan to. I ordered 3 sample tiles; I received 2 in the package, though the shipping info inside the package claimed they'd sent all three. Numerous attempts to phone, email or try chat have yielded absolutely nothing--no one answers the phone; it apparently takes them three days to answer an email and the online chat doesn't appear to work. I guess it's worth losing a few bucks to learn how atrocious customer service is prior to actually having spent a lot of money at this hideous establishment.

Unorganized company

I have ordered about 3700 sqf porcelain tiles at Alexandria VA branch for delivery it took more than three weeks, employees were very unprofessional I know they have quality staff but very bad management there system of delivery is comparing to any building material supply is the worst and still we didn't get part of our items bad experience!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Installed several hundred sq ft LANINATE. Had a water spill first year. Have shop vac, and dried with towels and fans. Called on issue. Told me to send pictures. Did everything they requested. Time went by. NOTHING. Called again. Send pictures and all paper work. NOTHING. They said both times they would have someone contact me. The third time I refused to fill out paper work and send pictures. They to this day have done nothing, but tell me to send pictures and fill out paperwork. The edges are curling up and they will not stay locked together. The prices are cheap for a reason. The products they sell are sub standard. STAY AWAY AN SAVE TIME AND MONEY. HOPE THEY FOLD.

Ordering from Floor & Decor is the worst…

Trying to order tile from Floor & Decor has been one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I have dealt with the Jacksonville and Orlando stores.
1. The designer we met with we were never able to contact again. She didn't respond to emails and we never got through on the phone.
2. Calling the store is an exercise in futility. I have never had the phone answered on the first try, or in under 15 minutes. We've actually driven 45 minutes to Jacksonville because it's impossible to get results over the phone.
3. I ordered tile from Orlando because it wasn't available in Jacksonville. 3 weeks later it still hasn't even been shipped.
4 I've tried to get this resolved through customer care. I have never had the phone answered in less than 25 minutes, and each of the 3 calls I made for this issue took over one hour. And still no resolution.
I was told 3 times the tile would be shipped that day and it hasn't happened. The order doesn't show up in my online account. Of course my credit card was charged immediately.
5.I canceled part of one order because it was something we could pick ourselves. The other tile is too heavy.
I will never order anything from this company again. It has been nothing but one mistake after another. The customer service is the absolute worst.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMANY!

I purchased 50 boxes of their NuCore Luxury flooring for $3,194 in Oct. 2020. Had it professionally installed. By April, the flooring was starting to warp or "cupping" and breaking apart. Big and little pieces began breaking off of the planks, the planks come apart and separate. You try and call their customer service department but no one EVER answers the phones! Try emailing their customer service department and no one responds. The only way to get a response is to email the President, the CEO an Senior level managers. Only then will they contact you. THEN they send their own "inspectors" out to look at the issue. Guess what the inspectors determine? Oh. It's not the flooring. What? These people are delusional, they will not honor their products warranty, will not respond to constant complaints. I don't see how they are still in business, absolutely the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with. RUN away from these stores!

I ordered tile that had to be shipped…

I ordered tile that had to be shipped from another store. Of course they had already sold what I wanted. Kept getting the run around. I got in touch with Hayly Simmons at the Countryside store and she found me the exact tile and I finally got it. Kudos to the wonderful customer service given by Hayly.
